Sweepy Clean is where we develop, operate and manage cleaning products. We fully respect and protect the personal privacy of users. While providing you with quality services, we will collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
In order to better provide you with products and services, please read and fully understand the privacy agreement before you start to use this product, especially the terms, rights, licenses and information use terms involving disclaimer or limitation of liability, as well as agree to open and use Terms of Special Personal Services, Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution Provisions. Once you use this product, you are deemed to have read and agreed to accept this privacy agreement and other related agreements and privacy agreement rules (including but not limited to "Sweepy Clean Privacy Agreement").
This product is not intended for use by minors under the age of 16 (or the minimum age under domestic law in an EU member state). These individuals claim that acceptance of the terms of the privacy agreement is invalid. If you are a minor who meets the above conditions, you should read the terms of the privacy agreement and use this product with your guardian, and use this product after your guardian confirms the consent.
2. About Sweepy Clean
Sweepy Clean is our smartphone management product. It is a full-featured, portable and high-performance cleaning application that solves the user's space management problems in an all-round way; it also provides more guarantees in terms of functions, ensuring security and privacy, and providing users with a safe and private experience.
Seap Cleaner mainly includes the following functions:
Useless file cleaning: With the help of intelligent scanning engine, you can quickly delete duplicate files, clean up videos and documents that are no longer used, expired documents and downloaded files, uninstall useless applications, clean up caches, etc. You can reserve enough storage space and make the phone run smoothly.
In order to provide you with free and high-quality services, we will display advertisements during your use of this product. At the same time, you can choose to display personalized or advertising or non-personalized advertising. If you choose not to display personalized ads, you will still see the content of the ad, but it may not be relevant to your interests.
3. Third-party products and services
3.1 In the process of using this product, you may come into contact with products or services provided by third parties in the following ways:
1) Embedded links: Some functions in the product need to provide services to users by embedding service links provided by third parties, including search suggestion functions and web page translation functions.
2) Jump links: Some functions in the product need to provide users with services through jump links, including search functions and web page access functions.
3) Embedded third-party services: Some functions in the product need to provide services to users by embedding third-party services. 4. Software License and Use
4.1 Scope of license for this product
This product grants you a worldwide, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license (the "License"). The sole purpose of this license is to enable you to use the product in the manner permitted by this agreement. You agree to use this product only for personal and non-commercial purposes permitted by the Privacy Agreement and any applicable laws, regulations or generally accepted practices and guidelines in relevant jurisdictions.
All other rights not authorized by the Privacy Agreement are reserved by us and you should obtain our separate written permission before exercising these rights. Failure to exercise any of the above rights does not constitute a waiver of that right.
4.2 Acquisition, installation, update and uninstallation of this product
You can obtain this product through pre-installation, authorized third-party download, etc. If you obtain this product or an installer with the same name as this product from an unauthorized third party, we cannot guarantee that the product will work properly, and you will not be responsible for any loss you suffer.
We have developed different application software versions for different terminal devices. You need to obtain, download, and install the appropriate version according to the actual device conditions.
In order to better improve user experience and services, we will provide updated versions of this product from time to time (including but not limited to software upgrades, replacements, new function development, etc.), and you can update the corresponding version as needed. After part or all of this product is updated, we will prompt you in an appropriate way (including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, site letters, etc.), and you have the right to choose to accept the updated version; if you choose not to update, the product's Some features may be limited or unavailable.
If you no longer use this product, you can uninstall the application software of this product by yourself. Considering that we cannot unilaterally understand your uninstallation behavior, your personal data may continue to be stored on our servers after you uninstall the software. If you want us to no longer keep your personal data after you uninstall this product, we recommend that you ask us to delete your personal data before uninstalling this product. We will respond to your request in accordance with the procedures disclosed in the Sweepy Clean Privacy Policy.
5. Notice to users
5.1 Specifications for the use of this product
You are responsible for your use of this product. When you use this product within the scope of this agreement, you shall not use this product to engage in the following acts:
1) copy, alter, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, disassemble, attempt to export the source code, decode, analyze or reproduce the source code and ideas of this product;
2) Use any unauthorized or licensed plug-ins, plug-ins, systems or third-party tools to interfere with, destroy, modify or otherwise affect the normal operation of this product;
3) Use or conduct any act against this product that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; unauthorized access to public computer networks or other computer systems and deletion of , modify or increase the stored information; attempt to detect, scan, test the weaknesses of the product system or network or perform other acts that damage network security without permission; attempt to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the product system or network, intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses Behaviors such as destroying and interfering with normal network information services; forging TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
4) The use of this product infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others such as intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, and reputation rights;
5) Engage in other behaviors that violate policies, regulations, public order and good customs, and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals, companies, social groups, and organizations.
5.2 Liability for breach of contract
For your violation of this agreement or other terms of service, we have the right to make independent judgment and terminate the service to you without prior notice. For suspected violations of laws and regulations or suspected crimes, we will keep relevant records, report to relevant departments in accordance with the law, cooperate with relevant departments in their investigations, and have the right to pursue relevant legal responsibilities.
If you violate the provisions of this agreement or other agreements, resulting in a third-party complaint or lawsuit, you shall handle it yourself and assume all legal responsibilities that may arise therefrom. If due to your violation or breach of contract, Shuyun and its affiliates will compensate any third party or be punished by regulatory authorities, and we have the right to ask you to compensate for all losses.
6. User privacy protection
We respect and are committed to protecting your personal privacy. You can read the Sweepy Clean Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data and the ways we provide you with access and control over your personal data.
7. Statement of Rights
7.1 We have corresponding legal rights to the information contained in this product that is protected by intellectual property rights or other laws and regulations, including but not limited to ownership, intellectual property rights (regardless of whether such rights are registered/registered, or they exist anywhere in the world) and other related interests. No one may use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading), copying or using for other purposes without our written permission.
7.2 We provide technical support for product development and operation, and have all rights to all data and information generated during the development and operation of this product to the extent permitted by laws and regulations.
7.3 When you use this product, you shall not in any way cause any damage to the proprietary rights of DataCloud and/or its licensors, for example, shall not cause confusion to the owner or authorized user of anyone's trademarks, names and logos. by way of such trademarks, names or logos.
8. Force majeure and limitation of liability
8.1 We do not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of all third-party content or advertisements and other information you obtain from this product (hereinafter collectively referred to as "third-party information"). If any unit or individual conducts any behavior through the above "third-party information", you must identify the authenticity by yourself and guard against risks carefully.
8.2 We will make reasonable commercial and technical efforts to ensure the normal operation of the functions of this product, and take reasonable and prudent measures to maintain the security of your information and data, but we cannot provide complete guarantees for this. You understand and agree that we are not liable for your losses (including but not limited to losses of property, income, data, etc.) under the following circumstances:
1) This product cannot operate normally due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, and terrorist attacks;
2) Service interruption or delay of this product caused by computer viruses, Trojan horses, other malicious programs, hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures of telecommunications departments and network operating companies, system maintenance, etc;
3) The service of this product is interrupted, terminated or delayed due to changes in laws and regulations, orders and rulings of judicial and administrative organs;
4) Losses caused by your illegal use of this product or improper operation.
9. Other conditions
The "Sweepy Clean Privacy Agreement" is an integral part of this agreement, and we have the right to modify this agreement and/or the terms of the relevant agreement when necessary. When you change the terms of this Agreement, we will notify you of the changes or additions by email, post or in this product and urge you to agree to or reject the revised terms of this Agreement.
9.1 After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the service, it is deemed that you accept the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the changes or additions, you have the right to terminate this agreement and stop using this product.
9.2 For whatever reason, some of the terms of this agreement are invalid or unenforceable, and the remaining terms are still valid and are legally binding on you and DataCloud.
9.3 This Agreement may be available in multiple languages such as Chinese and English. In case of conflict between language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
9.4 infringe any copyright, database right or trademark of any other person; Advocate, promote or assist in any illegal act, such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or misuse of computers
9.5 you must not provide the application to any third party. In addition, you may not modify, translate into other languages, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise create derivative works from the application or any document related to the application.
9.6 you shall not transfer, lend, lease, lease, distribute the application, or use it to provide services to a third party, or grant any rights of the application or any documents related to the application to a third party.
9.7 it is prohibited to abuse any trademark or any other content displayed on the application.
9.8 you shall not directly or indirectly copy and / or copy and / or distribute and / or publish and / or use any content in the application in a manner that violates our intellectual property rights.
9.9 it has been made clear that for users who violate this agreement, we may take any legal measures at our disposal in accordance with applicable laws.
