1. Service Description

1.1 This service is an automatic renewal service provided to the paid member under the premise that the member has activated the paid service. If the Member activates the Service, it shall be deemed that the Member authorizes Sweepy Clean to deduct the subscription fee for the next billing period from the Balance of the Member's own recharge account, the third-party payment account bound to the Member's account, bank card, communication account, and iTunes Account (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Account") when the paid membership permission is about to expire. The billing period includes, but is not limited to, monthly, quarterly, annual, etc., and members can choose according to the billing cycle displayed on Sweepy Clean. The premise of the implementation of the service is that the member has bound the member account number with the above account, and can successfully deduct money from the above account, and the renewal failure caused by insufficient deductible balance in the above account shall be borne by the member.

1.2 By choosing a third-party payment channel to enjoy the Service, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to Sweepy Clean to issue a debit instruction to the third-party payment channel on behalf of the Member and agreed that the third-party payment channel may be based on Sweepy Clean The deduction instruction issued shall deduct the subscription service fee for the next billing cycle from the above account without verifying the member's account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information. A member's choice of a third-party payment channel may incur a third-party handling fee, the specific amount of which shall be subject to the amount indicated by the third party when opening the service.

1.3 After the Member chooses to use the Service, unless the Member chooses to terminate the Service, the Automatic Debit Entrustment of the Member to Sweepy Clean is irrevocable, and Sweepy Clean will not refund the fees paid by the Member in any way except for the conditions stipulated in the Membership Service Agreement, based on the fees deducted by the Service under the payment method selected by the Member when the Member opens the automatic renewal service.

2. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

2.1 In the event of an error in the deduction process, Sweepy Clean and the Member shall cooperate closely to find out the cause and each bear the loss caused by their own fault; If the loss is caused by the unequal fault of each party, the two parties shall bear corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; Where losses are caused by the joint fault of both parties but it is impossible to distinguish between their respective faults, the liability shall be shared equally between the two parties.

2.2 Sweepy Clean does not charge any fee for members to activate this service, but Sweepy Clean has the right to decide whether to charge the service itself or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees according to business needs or market changes, and to publicize it to members on the relevant page.

2.3 The service is cancelled by the member at his or her own discretion, if the member chooses not to cancel, it is deemed that the member agrees to Sweepy Clean to make a deduction attempt in accordance with certain rules, and once the deduction is successful, Sweepy Clean will open the membership service for the next billing cycle for the member.

2.4 In the event of an adjustment in the price of the Services prior to automatic renewal, the currently valid price shall prevail.

3. Expiration and termination of the agreement

3.1 Unless otherwise notified or announced by Sweepy Clean, the Service will be valid for a long time. This Agreement shall become effective upon the Member's choice to accept or use the Service until the Member terminates the Service/cancels his/her membership.

3.2 The instruction that the Member has entrusted Sweepy Clean with an automatic renewal charge before choosing to terminate the Service remains valid, and Sweepy Clean shall not refund the fees deducted based on the Instruction, and the Member shall bear the relevant responsibility./p>

3.3 Sweepy Clean has the right to immediately terminate the Service without any liability in any of the following circumstances: (1) The Member violates the provisions of this Agreement; (2) The member violates the agreement of Sweepy Clean or Sweepy Clean affiliates on member services and various announcements and notices; (3) Sweepy Clean believes that providing the Service to Members is a significant risk.

4. Notifications and Inquiries

4.1 Sweepy Clean may change or modify the relevant service content, rules and terms of this Agreement according to its business development or technology upgrades, etc., and Sweepy Clean will do so through Sweepy Clean The content of the changes is announced by the method of publicity on the relevant pages, but there is no obligation to make separate notices. If the User does not agree to the modification of this Agreement, he may cancel the Service he has acquired and stop using it; If the Member continues to use the Paid Products, the Member shall be deemed to have accepted all modifications to this Agreement.

4.2Go Translate may provide members with information about the specific circumstances of automatic renewal charges, but is not responsible for printing the relevant invoices and forwarding them to the Member.

5. Auto-renewal user cancellation method

Manually open the iPhone or IPad "Settings" → enter the "iTunes Store and App Store" → click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", go to the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select Sweepy Clean, cancel the corresponding subscription. Tips: After you cancel the automatic renewal, you will not be charged for renewal after the permission expires.
